For app issues, tell us your device model, operating system, app version, the screen affected and steps to reproduce. Please do not send private trip notes or health information unless necessary for your request.
For place corrections, include the place name and the information that needs updating. Opening hours, prices and availability can change; confirm with the venue before visiting.
Saved trips and notes remain on your device. Export a trip backup before changing devices or deleting the app. Allergy and diet choices are excluded from exported trip backups. The communication card does not guarantee food safety.
