Summary

The app has no accounts. Saved places, trips and notes stay on your device. The Android and iOS apps use Google AdMob banner advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy choices. We do not run our own server for your saved travel data.

Advertising and privacy choices

Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and advertising interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and, with tracking permission, the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. Our app does not attach your private notes, saved trips or precise GPS coordinates to ad requests. Before requesting ads, the app checks the UMP advertising consent state and displays a privacy message when required and configured by the publisher. When UMP requires a privacy options entry point, you can reopen it from Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can manage your advertising ID in Android settings. On iOS, the app requests App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing IDFA; you can deny or change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Denying tracking does not prevent use of the travel features. If ads or consent services are unavailable, travel features remain usable. Banner ads are currently limited to the course list on Android and iOS; development builds use Google test ads.

Data stored on your device

Favorites, notes, trip lists, visit marks, recent places, language and display settings, and saved filters are stored in the app's local storage on your phone. Deleting the app deletes this data. If device backup is enabled, Apple or Google may include the app's data in your device backup under your own device and account settings.

Allergy and diet card

If you use the optional restaurant card, the app stores your selected allergies, severe-reaction setting and dietary preferences on this device to recreate the Korean communication card. These choices may reveal health or religious information. The app does not send these choices to the publisher or attach them to advertising requests. Staff can see the card only when you show it. Clear the saved choices using More → Allergy & diet card → Clear saved diet and allergies. They are not included in the app's exported trip backup files. Device backup may include local app data under your own backup settings; previously created device backups are managed separately by Apple/iOS or Android/Google. Uninstalling or clearing the app's storage removes the app's current local copy, but a device backup may restore it. This card assists communication and does not guarantee food safety or halal certification.

Location

Location is requested only when you tap Nearby (or the locate button). It is used on your device to sort and filter places by distance. It is not sent to our servers and not stored after you close the app. You can deny or revoke the permission in your device settings; the rest of the app keeps working.

Third-party services

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap's tile servers (tile.openstreetmap.org). Your device's IP address and the map area you view are visible to that service as with any web request; see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Place photos (when available) are loaded from Wikimedia servers (upload.wikimedia.org) only when you open a place's details; their licence and author are shown with each photo. Links to Naver Map, Kakao Map, Google Maps, official websites and booking pages open outside the app and are governed by those services' own policies.

Optional features

Trip reminders (Android, off by default): if you turn them on, the app asks for notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device the evening before each trip day. Nothing is sent to a server. Data updates (only if the publisher configures a server): the app may download a small integrity-checked (SHA-256, not a digital signature) data file from that server; the request reveals your IP address and app data version to it. Booking links (only if enabled): links to partner sites such as Klook, Agoda or Booking.com may contain the publisher's affiliate id; they are labelled as affiliate links. Trip summary image: created on your device and shared only through your device's share menu when you choose to.

Reports and backups

Data corrections you write are stored on your device only. Nothing is sent unless you choose to export a file or report and share it yourself through your device's share menu. Backup files may contain your saved and draft notes if you choose to include them.

Children

The app is a general travel guide. Advertising data processing is described above; the publisher does not request children's personal information or require an account.

개인정보 처리방침 (한국어)

이 앱은 회원가입이 없습니다. 즐겨찾기·메모·여행 목록·방문 기록·설정은 기기 안에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다(기기의 기기 백업이 켜져 있으면 사용자의 Apple·Google 계정과 기기 설정에 따라 백업될 수 있습니다). 운영자가 저장 여행 자료를 받는 자체 서버는 없으며, Android·iOS 앱은 Google AdMob 배너 광고와 광고 개인정보 선택을 관리하는 UMP SDK를 사용합니다.

알레르기·식단 카드

선택 기능인 식당용 카드를 사용하면 선택한 알레르기·중증 반응 여부·식단을 이 기기에 저장해 한글 의사소통 카드를 다시 표시합니다. 건강 또는 종교 관련 정보를 드러낼 수 있는 항목입니다. 앱은 이 선택을 운영자에게 전송하거나 광고 요청에 첨부하지 않습니다. 사용자가 직접 보여줄 때 식당 직원이 카드 내용을 볼 수 있습니다. ‘더보기 → 알레르기·식단 카드 → 저장한 식단·알레르기 삭제’에서 선택을 지울 수 있습니다. 앱이 내보내는 여행 백업 파일에는 포함되지 않습니다. 기기 백업에는 사용자의 백업 설정에 따라 로컬 앱 자료가 포함될 수 있으며 이미 생성된 기기 백업은 Apple/iOS or Android/Google에서 별도로 관리합니다. 앱 삭제 또는 저장공간 삭제는 현재 기기의 앱 자료를 지우지만 기기 백업에서 복원될 수 있습니다. 이 카드는 의사소통을 돕는 기능이며 음식 안전이나 할랄 인증을 보장하지 않습니다.

광고와 개인정보 선택

Google 광고 SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 이용 가능), 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단 정보, Android 광고 ID 및 추적에 동의한 경우 iOS IDFA 등 기기·계정 식별자를 수집·공유할 수 있습니다. 전송 시 암호화됩니다. 앱은 개인 메모·저장 여행·정확한 GPS 좌표를 광고 요청에 첨부하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google SDK 데이터 공개 안내와 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.

광고 요청 전에 UMP 동의 상태를 확인하고, 필요한 경우 운영자가 설정한 개인정보 메시지를 표시합니다. UMP가 개인정보 선택 진입점을 요구하면 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 다시 변경할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 관리할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 IDFA 접근 전에 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하며, 거부하거나 iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 추적을 거부해도 여행 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 또는 동의 서비스 오류가 여행 기능을 차단하지 않습니다. 현재 배너는 Android·iOS 코스 목록에서만 표시하며 개발 빌드는 Google 테스트 광고를 사용합니다.

위치 정보는 "주변" 기능을 눌렀을 때만 요청하며, 거리순 정렬·필터에 기기 안에서만 사용하고 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 지도 이미지는 OpenStreetMap 타일 서버에서, 장소 사진(있는 경우)은 상세를 열 때 Wikimedia 서버에서 불러오므로 해당 서비스에 IP 주소와 보는 지도 영역이 전달됩니다. 길찾기·공식 홈페이지·예약 링크는 앱 밖에서 열리며 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다. 제보와 백업은 사용자가 직접 내보내어 공유하기 전에는 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다.

선택 기능: 여행 알림(안드로이드, 기본 꺼짐)은 켜면 알림 권한을 요청하고 기기 안에서만 알림을 예약합니다. 데이터 업데이트(운영자가 서버를 지정한 경우에만)는 해당 서버에서 작은 데이터 파일을 내려받으며 이때 IP 주소와 앱 데이터 버전이 서버에 전달됩니다. 예약 링크(활성화된 경우에만)에는 운영자의 제휴 ID가 포함될 수 있으며 제휴 링크로 표시됩니다. 여행 요약 이미지는 기기에서 만들어지고 사용자가 공유를 선택할 때만 공유됩니다.
